Originally from just outside Edinburgh, Scotland, Cameron graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen with a Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2022, following a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science from Edinburgh Napier University. Cameron worked across a range of physiotherapy settings in Glasgow, including musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, intensive care and community physiotherapy, as well as private practice.

Lola Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, graduating in 2023, and is a APPI Mat Pilates Instructor. She has worked across a variety of specialties within the NHS, including orthopaedics, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pelvic health and geriatric rehabilitation.

Alethe has a genuine passion for understanding how the body moves and loves helping people achieve their full physical potential. She enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions.

Lisset is a passionate physiotherapist with extensive experience in paediatric and neurological care, dedicated to supporting children’s development, independence and quality of life.

Sabrina is a physiotherapist with a passion for Pilates-based rehabilitation, supporting clients to build strength, balance, and confidence in their bodies.

Isobel is a physiotherapist with a strong focus on sports rehabilitation, using exercise-based approaches to help clients safely return to activity and perform at their best.

Rachel is an experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in persistent pain, paediatrics and Pilates, with a passion for helping clients move with confidence and ease.

With over 14 years of experience as a rehab and prehab personal trainer and massage therapist, Dan has dedicated his career to helping people move better and live pain free.

Emily is an experienced Practice Manager with a background in business, leadership and project management. She is passionate about leading a positive team environment and supporting the smooth running of a dynamic private practice.
