Originally from the Loire Valley in France, just south of Paris, Lola spent six years living in Scotland, where she studied Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, graduating in 2023. She then worked for the NHS in Glasgow for over two years across a variety of specialties, including orthopaedics, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pelvic health and geriatric rehabilitation. Alongside her NHS role, Lola completed her APPI Matwork Pilates qualifications and taught Pilates classes in the evenings.
Lola moved to Australia in July 2026 and is excited to begin this next chapter at Katherine Physio. She particularly enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them return to the activities and things that are important to them. Lola has a special interest in women’s health, pelvic health and postnatal rehabilitation, and is passionate about supporting women through the physical changes of pregnancy and motherhood and helping them safely return to exercise. Lola’s goal is to continue developing her expertise in women’s and pelvic health, with a particular focus on pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation, through further education and training.
Outside of work, Lola enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She loves hiking, swimming, skiing, running and Pilates, as well as cooking, reading and exploring new places.
