Rachel graduated from the University of Queensland in 2012 and is originally from Brisbane. With a lifelong passion for exercise and movement and over 14 years of practicing experience, Rachel is particularly interested in understanding how the body and brain work together, and in helping others build that same awareness and confidence.
With extensive experience as a generalist physiotherapist, Rachel has treated a wide range of conditions and injuries, with a particular focus on persistent pain and paediatrics. Rachel is passionate about empowering people to move more freely, participate fully in life, and feel confident trying new things.
More recently, Rachel has expanded skills in Pilates, embracing the creativity it offers—particularly through reformer-based training, which allows for dynamic and engaging rehabilitation. Supporting clients to build strength, confidence, and body awareness remains a key focus.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys staying active outdoors, spending time with family and friends, camping, travelling, and relaxing with a good book and a dog.
